What we do

1.
Dismantling
The sofa will be dismantled completely, and all old parts are removed
2.
Replacement / repairs
All removed parts will be
replaced / repaired, and as a result of this almost everyting is new
3.
Upholstering / assembly
The seat and backrest will be re-upholstered en re-assembled on the frame
The Process
Complete dismantling
All upholstery, staples, polyether (foam filling), metal springs and/or sit 'straps' and connection clips/strips are removed
Sanding
The wooden parts are sanded until smooth to remove all glue and foam rubber residue
New hardboard
A new hardboard (3 mm) will be attached to the back rest
New metal springs or girths
New metal springs / 'singels' will be applied to the top of the seat. These form the base for a good seating comfort
New Pantera polyether, floor protectors and mounting materials
New fleece will be applied over the new polyether and after that new
upholstery. Also, all floor protectors, washers, circlips and screws will be
replaced
Assembly
The frame will be cleaned and lightly polished and moving parts will be lubricated. After that the sofa will be re-assembled after which a final thorough inspection takes place.
OUR APPROACH
Arranging an appointment
We will arrange an appointment with you (either in our sales room in Herwijnen or on-line). We will listen to your requirements and will discuss the
possibilities. We will advise you with regards to the various upholstery (or leather) en will decide the colour(s). You can't make a choice immediately? That's not a problem. We can send free samples of the materials to your home address, enabling you to decide in your own time which upholstery fits best with your interior.
Delivery of the furniture, or collection by us
You will bring the piece of furniture to our workplace. Is this not possible? That's not a problem, because we will collect your piece of furniture and will deliver it back to you when finished.
The furniture is ready
When the renovated furniture is ready, we will contact you to make an appointment. You collect the furniture yourself, or we deliver the furniture to your home or office. We can do so every weekday, evening and weekend.
